Finalise architects plans for a completely refurbished pavilion, inside and outside, sufficient to to gain local authority planning approval and subjectto approval by the Sandringham Estate

Continue liaising with funding bodies such as Norfolk FA and ECB on facility requirements in order to increase chances of successful grant awards

With recently completed Structural Survey, tender for building and renovation costs

Make grant applications  through a separate funding committee formed by Trustees

Increase community and user engagement and consultation, to include sports club fundraising

Ramp up publicity through sponsorship, press activity, and fundraising initiatives
